Clean Fox pricing starts at $110 for apartments, $120 for recurring cleaning, $140 for deep cleaning, and $160 for move-out cleaning, with a $150 minimum. The final price depends on your home's size, condition, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any add-ons. New clients get $50 off the first clean.
A deep cleaning is a detailed, top-to-bottom reset that gets your home to a "perfect" baseline you can then maintain. It removes built-up dirt, grease in the kitchen, limescale on shower glass and faucets, and heavy dust — going well beyond a regular maintenance clean.
A regular (recurring) cleaning maintains a home that's already in good shape. A deep cleaning is more detailed and tackles built-up grime, old grease, limescale, and dust to bring the home up to a fully clean baseline first. Most homes start with a deep or initial cleaning, then switch to recurring.
Move-out (and move-in) cleaning covers an empty home in detail: all cabinets and drawers inside and out, appliances, full bathroom and kitchen scrubbing including grout, all baseboards, and complete floor cleaning. A recurring apartment clean usually takes about 2–3 hours, and a 3-bed/2-bath house about 3 hours. An initial or deep cleaning depends on the home's condition and typically runs 3 to 8 hours.

Yes, on request. Clean Fox uses Seventh Generation plant-based products that are safe for homes with children and pets. For regular cleaning we use the Method line, plus Lysol for disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
You have 24 hours after your cleaning to check the results. If anything was missed, we send a cleaner back free of charge to touch up the specific spots that weren't right — you won't need to re-clean anything yourself.
Yes. Clean Fox does pre-sale cleaning for homeowners and realtors, booked with a 50% deposit. We can also take same-day urgent jobs for a $50 emergency fee.
